During this exceptional circumstance with COVID-19, I will be offering phone and/or video conferencing sessions for my existing clients to accommodate our government and CDC’s recommendation “To Shelter In”. Depending on your insurance, one or the other type of Telepsychological service may be covered. With COVID-19, most insurance companies, Medicare & Medicaid are waiving their existing policies to allow us to meet through these TeleMental Health platforms. You can contact your insurance company directly or call the BCC insurance clerk @ (770) 205-7641 to gain your own direct insurance coverage information. To initiate our temporarily moving to Telepsychological services, please download and complete the “Informed Consent Agreement for Telepsychological Services” form. CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM. Once finished, take a picture with your phone of the completed & signed form and then email me that picture and a picture of your driver’s license (for verification that it is you sending in the form) to:

Realize please, that ordinarily, as a client confidentiality measure, I do not communicate with clients via email. So, this email will be a one-way email communication from you to me. After sending me the email, for HIPAA purposes, I still need you please to mail me the original signed form to:

As you know, I have not used the Video conferencing format before to meet with clients. I am in the process of setting us up and will be in contact re: the specific steps of how we’ll video conference. The 1st step though is for you to kindly complete and return the “Informed Consent Agreement for Telepsychological Services” form. If you have any questions, contact my office at (678) 775-6704. If you do not choose to use these TelePsychological platforms to continue your therapy with me, please call me as soon as possible to discuss possible next steps.

A Coronavirus TIP Sheet is also shared on this website for you information and encouragement. CLICK HERE FOR THE TIP SHEET.

This is a very fluid situation for us all currently, but, rest assured I will do my best to keep you updated about the platforms we will use. It is my continued privilege to assist you as we all work together to stay physically and psychologically healthy.
