COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS FOR BCC THERAPY SESSIONS
MESSAGE TO EXISTING BCC CLIENTS REGARDING TELEMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
During this exceptional circumstance with COVID-19, BCC will be offering phone and/or video conferencing sessions for existing clients to comply with our government and CDC’s recommendations for everyone’s protection and to help prevent the virus from spreading. Depending on your insurance, one or the other type of TeleMental Health service may be covered. With COVID-19, most insurance companies, Medicare & Medicaid are waiving their existing policies to allow us to meet through these TeleMental Health platforms. However, you, not your insurance company, are ultimately responsible for BCC services rendered. You can contact your insurance company directly to gain your insurance TeleMental Health coverage information. Our BCC insurance clerk is also available for consultation. To initiate our temporarily moving to TeleMental Health services, please complete the BCC Telemental Health Consent form. Click here: Information, Authorization & Consent to TeleMental Health
